We all know, the number of COVID-19 increasing day by day, and almost 100,000 people are positive in this country. In this situation, we should save ourselves as well as our belonging relations by taking precautions.

Most people are taking it easy and that’s ok if they are positive. Still, they don’t even bother that they are making many other people COVID positive and making their lives in danger if one of the infected persons quarantine himself in a room and avoid contact with others.

The COVID-19 is spreading by touch if you have touched something carrying the Covid-19 virus on it, and after that, you touch your nose or eat something that will travel inside your body and damage your immunity and cause suffocation as it affects your lungs.

Firstly, if you find any of the symptoms quarantine yourself at a safe place so that people around you will stay safe or if you have any fear that after getting positive, you have met someone ask him/her to test Covid-19 and to isolate.

  • Stay safe and keep others safe as well. 
  • Isolate yourself
  • Take a healthy diet
  • Keep your immunity strong
  • Avoid cold water
  • Wear mask and gloves
  • Sanitize properly
  • Put tissue on your mouth while sneezing
  • Through used tissue paper masks and gloves in the dustbin instead of putting somewhere else.
